Tony Martin Coaching offers personalized coaching programs, including but not limited to Business & Leadership Coaching, Life Coaching, and Pastor Coaching. These programs are tailored to individual needs based on the information provided by the client.

2. Client Responsibility

As a client, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information to ensure the coaching sessions are effective. You are responsible for your own progress, implementing strategies discussed during coaching, and making the necessary commitments to achieve your goals.

3. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mentoring. Tony Martin Coaching focuses on empowering clients to reach their own conclusions and solutions. Results from coaching are dependent on the client’s engagement and actions; therefore, results may vary.

4. Payment Terms

All coaching sessions and packages must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services. Payment details, including rates and available packages, are provided at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions or for partially used packages. However, in cases of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling or package transfers at our discretion.

6. Confidentiality

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client who fails to comply with these Terms, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the coaching environment.

Tony Martin Coaching may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
