Warranty

This Warranty explains what Transformational Encouragement LLC does and does not promise regarding its coaching services, programs, digital products, guides, courses, assessments, and related materials.

1. Services Provided “As Is”

To the fullest extent permitted by Mississippi law and other applicable law, all services, programs, products, assessments, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded or limited.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Transformational Encouragement LLC does not promise or guarantee any specific result or outcome, including spiritual growth, a breakthrough, clarity, healing, or any particular life, relational, financial, professional, or personal-development result.

Your progress depends on many factors, including your participation, effort, decisions, circumstances, and individual faith journey. Results will vary.

3. Not Therapy, Medical, or Legal Advice

Our coaching and faith-based personal-development services are not therapy, medical care, mental-health care, or legal advice. They are not a substitute for services provided by a licensed medical, mental-health, or legal professional.

No warranty is made regarding any diagnosis, treatment, healing, or professional outcome. Please consult an appropriately licensed professional for medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional needs.

4. Digital Products and Materials

Digital products, downloadable guides, courses, assessments, and related materials are provided for personal, informational, and educational use only.

We do not warrant that these materials will be error-free, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any particular expectation, purpose, or situation.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Booking, payment, email, video-meeting, hosting, and other technology services may be provided through third-party platforms, including Stripe. Those platforms operate under their own terms, conditions, and policies.

Transformational Encouragement LLC does not warrant the availability, security, accuracy, or performance of any third-party platform and is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or failures caused by a third party.

6. Refunds Instead of Guarantees

Subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions, customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, or before the first one-to-one coaching session, whichever comes first, for all purchases, including the six-month coaching program and digital products.

For coaching programs, the refund window closes at the earlier of 30 days from the date of purchase or the first one-to-one coaching session; after that point, no further refunds or credits are issued.

If a refund is issued, access to all program materials, courses, group sessions, downloads, and other content provided with the purchase ends immediately upon the refund.

If a customer is not satisfied and requests a refund within the applicable refund window, the refund will be honored in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this refund is the customer’s exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with any service, program, product, assessment, guide, course, or other material. This provision does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transformational Encouragement LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, our services, programs, products, or materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Transformational Encouragement LLC for the specific service, program, product, or material giving rise to the claim.

8. No Waiver of Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this Warranty limits, excludes, or waives any right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Venue

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action relating to this Warranty must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jones County, Mississippi, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
